● Started journey to become a chartered accountant after graduation and gained valuable experience in the areas of auditing, taxation and finance during three years of internship period.
● Post completion of CA, set up own practice firm providing consultation regarding Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Export-Import Licensing and Certifications at DGFT to clients belonging to segments of Engineering, Food Manufacturing and processing, Real Estate, Healthcare, Small Business owners and Service Provider, both corporates and non-corporates.
● Provides services relating to internal as well as tax audits of business organizations across different segments. Reviews the work carried out by the team leaders so far as the audit documentation and reporting process is concerned, including various areas of internal controls setup, enhancement and testing.
● Currently having an overall experience of 8 years in the core fields of finance, accounting, auditing and taxation assisting in analyzing impact on Financial, Commercial and Operational areas of the organization along with optimum tax planning and strategies during implementation stage and assistance for successful execution.

Keyur Patel
● Mastered in Commerce with distinction specializing in Accounting and Finance Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, started his CA journey as an intern in one of the most reputed and well-known CA firm in India, Talati & Talati.
● Started individual practice as an accountant and tax consultant, where he dealt with direct tax litigations including Search & Seizure, Assessments and Appeals as well as complex matters like Mergers & Acquisition, Conversion, Investment/Disinvestment, DTAA and IFRS.
● Providing consultation related to The Companies Act 2013 beginning from formation/incorporation, as well as corporate tax assessments, including quarterly/annual ROC compliances and related MCA affairs.
● Undertook knowledge of recently enacted RERA in the real estate sector and assist in RERA project approval with periodic return filings and related compliances.
● Currently, with an overall experience of 8 years in the areas of Taxation, Finance, ROC Compliances and Income Tax Assessments.
